Thank you for supporting The Guide’s Whisper.

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable movement cards, journals, guides, and other digital resources, are delivered electronically.

Once payment is successfully processed, digital products are automatically delivered through email or direct download access.

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout. The Guide’s Whisper is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email information provided by the customer.

Due to the instant delivery of digital products, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

Physical Products

Select products, including physical movement cards and printed books, are available in physical format.

Printed books are fulfilled and shipped through third-party printing and distribution partners, including Lulu Direct.

Physical movement cards are independently designed by The Guide’s Whisper and fulfilled through third-party printing services before being packaged and shipped directly by The Guide’s Whisper.

Because certain products may be produced in limited quantities or made-to-order, processing and shipping times may vary.

All movement card sales are final once an order has been processed for production or shipment.

Estimated shipping and processing times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Order volume

  • Holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Supply availability

  • Customization timelines

Shipping Delays

The Guide’s Whisper is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Delays caused by third-party fulfillment providers

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility falls to the carrier service.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please contact us immediately at Info@theguideswhisper.org. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Info@theguideswhisper.org within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary depending on location and fulfillment capabilities.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.
